Poem: Yoga

We come together in community,

creating sacred space to invoke healing,

and deep love for ourselves.

We step onto our mats,

move our bodies,

and flow with our breath.

Every move intentional,

to manifest a life aligned

with our hearts desires

and our highest truth.

Our hearts are open,

ready to receive.

When it’s over,

we are reborn.

A new beginning awaits.

We are ready to face the world,

ready to accept what comes our way with ease and grace.
